Hello Paul, Anything packaged by Debian GIS is a good candidate for UbuntuGIS in my opinion.
Our team is currently small, rather than adding the package myself I'd prefer giving you (or someone else) access to upload to UbuntuGIS. Perhaps you can provide packages once in a ppa of your own so we can review. If it looks good, I can give you access.
