benny gave more information on the question: After deleting sda7 and sda6 in gparted and pressing "Apply" please right-click in the space and make a new partition filling up that space, make it's "filesystem" = "linux-swap", then click on "Apply" again both of them? sda7 and sda6 make it's "filesystem" = "linux-swap", then click on "Apply" again I am really not familiar with this partition word. what preceding (Mib) what Free Space Following (MiB) checkbox Round to cylinders? so many option dropdown filesystem select linux-swap all? how to know space for swap.
