Tom proposed the following answer:
Hi
I think Launchpad has Spanish Answer Contacts so posting your question
in Spanish should be fine. Anyway your English seems fine too. I think
it also say "Please run "dpkg --configure -a""? On the top taskbar click
on
Applications - Accessories - Terminal
and into the terminal/command window/console type
sudo dpkg --configure -a
it will ask for your normal user password, not your SuperUser/Root one.
Hopefully this might help, i am not sure tho.
Good luck and regards from
Tom :)
