(I use LyX PPA found here: https://launchpad.net/~lyx- devel/+archive/ubuntu/release ) Problem: In "Preferences > Look & Feel > Document handling" I checked "Restore cursor positions". LyX only saved cursor position once. very next time when I open files (I keep several files open in the same session), cursor position never changes, it's restored to the value where it was first saved.
