I suppose those that can be used with FAT file system in Digital cameras and can be connected to a PC (which does not have a special driver to do the wear leveling but recognizes them as memory a device as with a CF-card) need to have internal wear leveling. Otherwise they would not be usable.

If I'm wrong please show some pointers on that.
