So you can make a card that simply gives you a fixed mapping.  Filesystems
like FAT would kill that rather quickly.
If the spec is "100,000 rewrites" this would mean with an FAT format the card could be dead after writing 100.000 * 512 Bytes, as the FAT supposedly lies in a single block and can get updated with each block written.

Than means after writing some 50 MByte you are out of luck.

I don't suppose anybody will sell such a thing.
