In that case, it's probably uClibc that is missing IPv6 support.  Change to the 
~/uClinux-dist/uClibc directory and "make menuconfig".

I've checked IPv6 Protocol into network options. When you say my kernel
don't support IPv6, you mean any other option that I probably miss? I've
tried to find other IPv6 related options into the .config, but had no
luck.
