I had the same problem. You need to clean (Project->Clean...) the libs plugin in order to get the new geotools jars. Also be sure that the build.xml file in that plugin got updated to the newest version (mine did not the first time). Hope that helps.

It comes from the styling branch of geotools, we are going to merge any
second now back on to trunk - for more details please review todays IRC
logs (geotools website).
