I'd like to propose a development task related with snapping.
The work flow when working heavily in OpenJump gets hindered when the user has
to continually go to the menu and choosing the desired snap option.
What I propose is that some developer comes up with a menu integration of the
snap options *or* a floating window to have these options readily available.
(This would be best implemented as a plugin for the time being and integrate it
in the core at a later stage)
