Take a look at the JobManager:
Platform.getJobManager()
I don't know Java 3D so I dont know how jobs will interfere with it. I
usually treat a Job as a thread. Most of the Jobs are Renderers
rendering layers.

Hi,
I'm begginer using Eclipse and I don't know how I can know what jobs
are disturbing. I want to use Java3d classes but some jobs don't let
me. When I debug my plugin I can see the threads which are running in
uDig, but I don't know which is getting in the way and how I can stop it.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Jobs just wrap around threads. You can even get the thread by:
job.getThread(). What jobs are getting in the way?

Hi,
I continue with the same problem: I don't know how I can manipulate
the uDig's jobs.
I have looked over the threads and after I have been learning the
Jobs, because their management is a little bit different from the
threads. But I don't obtain anything about uDig's jobs. I have
searching in your website and I haven't found anything.
Can you give some information? Because I can't use Java3D without
stop some jobs of uDig.
