Still you have a darn good error there - it is: and AWT error. I bet we
are (or perhaps AWT is) trying to figure out how to transform from the
data to the screen, and without a "screen" to render to things are going
bad. I wonder if we can catch this error and turn off rendering until
the user presses refresh again?
Can I ask for the complete strack trace? Associated with that message ...
