You will need to depend on net.refractions.udig.catalog.
net.refractions.udig.catalog.ui and net.refractions.udig.libs. These
are defined in the plugin's Manifest.MF file. You will need to create a
ArcGridServiceExtension class (implements ServiceExtension), an
ArcGridService (extends IService), and an ArcGridGeoResource (extends
IGeoResource). In the plugin.xml you will have to define a
net.refractions.udig.catalog.ServiceExtension extension and a
net.refractions.udig.catalog.ui.fileFormat extension.
