Jody here trying to help, Section 13 on reprojection has the user arrange two map
editors side by side. This causes all maps to not be shown (you can still open
them but the editor area is empy. On restart things do not go so well….
The user interface blocks horribly on start up, the Tip of
the day is over top of the “Rendering counties” error dialog etc…
the tip of the day Cannot be dismissed as the cursor is busy …
(apparently this error only occurred after trying the dual map arrangement –
and then restart). But after restart it, and blocking, and error messages the
editor area to the “left” is open and you can drag editors into it. So I imagine this can be hunted down by starting up uDig in
a empty workspace more often. This is against 1.1.RC0. Jody |
