The help>Send Error Log menu item allows you to both view the error
log in all its horror as well as email it to us if you wish.

My Udig has also some problems loading more than one map for a
project... I had three maps in my project and, when restarting the
program, udig has reload only the current map and for the other two
the problem is "Unable to load map". Also in this case more info in
the error log...
