Hi Jody,

If by that you mean the site that maven does it's downloads will get new
geotools with the correct MANIFEST.MF settings (like Andreas geotools) then
that would be great. In the meantime I'm using Andreas Geotools and avoiding
running refresh.xml (since that would download the bad stuff again).

By the way, do you want me to log a bug on JIRA for this? It is a
'deployment' bug in some sense.
