Hi, 

Testing done using udig-1.2-SNAPSHOT.linux.gtk.x86.
I couldn't test ecw or mrsid files because I don't have any of them but 
overall it was pretty well. I also loaded different geotiff files without 
problems.
Well, here are the results of the walkthrough 1 and 2:

Walkthrough 1:
6 - If don't have a map opened before doing the drag & drop, the wms 
won't be loaded.
Also, the layers are not expanding to fit inside the map after loading.
10.6 - It doesn't load the layer.
11.14 - The borders between states aren't shown.
12.4 - The information tool doesn't show any info using the Atlas WMS. 
Maybe this WMS doesn't support the GetFeatureInfo, dunno. (couldn't 
test under DMS WMS)

I didn't find anything on walktrough 2. Tried to reproduce the undo-redo 
issue I found the other day but it didn't show up.
