In talking with aaime on #geotools; the performance experiment in epsg-h2 has 
not paid off (the normal epsh-hsql jar is as fast). With that in mind he would 
like to retire it in order to have less work each time a new epsg database 
comes out. 

We were mostly interested in it so we did not have to have both hsql and h2 
drivers.

So this is a general question: Are we strongly attached to epsg-h2 or can we 
try out switching this week.
