I know I have mentioned this before but I have also thought it might be
nice to have the current sample data set available from somewhere on the
download page. It will give cheat sheets and other resources a static
link to point at.

What do people think?

Cheers,

Levi

Subject: [udig-devel] Download link to sample data is still on
data-v1_1.zip

In the Quickstart section of the main page at
http://udig.refractions.net/ is still a download link to the
http://udig.refractions.net/files/docs/data-v1_1.zip
<http://udig.refractions.net/> sample data set. I'm not sure but
shouldn't point to http://udig.refractions.net/files/docs/data-v1_2.zip
<http://udig.refractions.net/files/docs/data-v1_2.zip> ? Is it possible
to have a "latest" link which point to the current release of
data-XXX.zip? Or could it be, that the 1_2 version is not final yet? I
guess its already referenced in the "Working with files" section of the
Walkthrough1 document
(https://github.com/uDig/udig-docs/blob/master/user/uDigWalkthrough1.odt
)

        Cheers, Frank

Think B4U Print
1 ream of paper = 6% of a tree and 5.4kg CO2 in the atmosphere
3 sheets of A4 paper = 1 litre of water
