Cheers Jody.

I have also noted the JPL WMS is now not offering its services at
http://wms.jpl.nasa.gov/wms.cgi?Service=WMS&Version=1.1.1&Request=GetCapabilities

Does anyone know a public WMS which is hosting the Blue Marble layer?

Subject: walkthrough 1 revised for udig 1.3

Hi John:

I have updated the sample data - data_1_3.zip should be available here (in 10
mins):

It is the same list of natural earth data from the draft quick start page
http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/EN/Quickstart+Draft (which
matches the live dvd sample data).

While we are updating can we remove the postgis section; the refractions server
is often not available (and when it is people are stuck behind a firewall).
Actually a better option is to place it in the "things to try next"; and we can
ask people to try a local postgis ...
