I think no, My question is to be sure that I can reproduce the error. But it
looks like he gets the error launching udig from eclipse ide. So, I pull the
gef_palette branch in order to test.

I found the following error (in the eclipse console )

org.eclipse.update.internal.core.FatalIOException: Server returned HTTP
response code: "404 Not Found" for URL:
http://udig.refractions.net/update/1.2/community/features/es.axios.udig.spatialoperations_1.3.0.201010061105.jar.
        at
org.eclipse.update.internal.core.UpdateManagerUtils.checkConnectionResult(UpdateManagerUtils.java:468)
...

It lools like this plugin plugin snapshot is not present. I have not chance
to copy this Axios plugin snapshot. Thus, I will remove the reference from
site.xml. This action avoids the refered error but I found a new one.
