Looks like it is time to make a release; if only because GeoTools is getting released tomorrow. More seriously it is a good time to release: a) we have some nice visible changes (palette and tool options) b) it is just before Cliff reorganises the directory structure a bit c) it is before CDO change over (still unscheduled!) d) the walkthrough 1 and walkthrough 2 have been update for the new palette look e) GeoTools is released anyways; so we may as well make (at least a SNAPSHOT release)
