Would someone please review and merge in pull request:
  http://github.com/uDig/udig-platform/pull/69/

This pull request contains a number of change sets that fix up the language
fragment problems, enable i18n builds via maven by default, update manifests
for libs and teradata to ensure the uDig sdk plays nicely with other
projects and update the pom for omsbox to match the plugin manifest ID.
