Evening Cliff: Part of you getting commit access is making sure you are not held up by the pull request process; especially when doing incremental development like this. As for testing the SDK; the export page you found did document what is needed (basically the SDK Quickstart followed by the Custom App Tutorial).
You *can* cheat by setting up a workspace with the SDK as your target platform; and just importing the two tutorials mentioned above and trying to run them and then export the Custom app. Q: what is the version of eclipse should I use to test? Q: what profile do I need to run to make the SDK? -- Jody Garnett On Saturday, 29 October 2011 at 5:20 PM, Severin (aka Cliff) wrote: > Hi All, > > > Would someone please review and merge in pull request > https://github.com/uDig/udig-platform/pull/77 > > This patch updates the Maven+Tycho build so as the SDK product builds > successfully. > > I don't know if the SDK it produces is actually of any use, but if someone > could build it and take a look, that would be awesome as I don't know exactly > what I am trying to produce. > > I have been using > http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/ADMIN/Export+uDig+SDK+Procedure > as a reference guide. > > > Cheers, > Sev (aka Cliff) > > -- > "We are dreamers, shapers, singers and makers..." > _______________________________________________ > User-friendly Desktop Internet GIS (uDig) > http://udig.refractions.net > http://lists.refractions.net/mailman/listinfo/udig-devel > >
