Sorry for being so quiet the last couple weeks; let us just say I was distracted with some other open source commitments.
One of the advantage of being a "first mover" on the Eclipse LocationTech working group is we get to make all the obvious mistakes; and ask all the obvious questions. With that in mind I am going to march through our incubation application filling in each section as we go. I am under the impression that the uDig PSC members as subscribed to the LocationTech email list.
