Sounds like I better run pom-libs.again.
Note we are trapped on the GeoTools stable branch right now; I am not aware of
any dependencies changing at the moment.
We could nail ourselves down to the 8.0.0 release (ie not a snapshot) for a few
weeks while we kick a release out? The GeoTools 8.1 release is expected this
Saturday (this is due to a policy change of releasing more often).

Updating now I did not run into any problems downloading sqlite just now? I
will check moovida's email for details.
