Okay on the road to a fix - updated to the "latest" update site for indigo - I 
think the other one may of just been shut off (or not matched up with Eclipse 
3.7.2 or something) 

Changing to 
<url>http://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/R0.10.0/indigo</url>
 has it working for me, I will push up the change and ask for confirmation.
