At the end of the day we need Jira (for release notes), but we probably need to
use email here to sort out what issues are standing in the way.

So that is the edit vertex tool? Does the behaviour change depending on what
datastore you are working with?
I am not sure if it is a bug or a feature, normally we filter the feature being
edited so it is not drawn with the rest of the content.
