We have disabled the new wizard page that I tried to add (please note moovida
if you have any questions we are taking notes on the 1.3.3 wiki page - in part
so I do not forget things).
I have run win32 build in a VM and was able to DnD WFS URLs into the layers
view, let me try now with a shapefile. I also note my data directory on windows
has a space in the file name, just to keep that functionality inline.
Okay I have a lead on this one for you!
1) when DnD a shapefile into the layers view *for the first time* - it works
and a new layer is added to the Map
2) when DnD a shapefile (that is already imported into the catalog) - it does
not work, the layer is found in the catalog and selected
Adding this to the 1.3.3 wiki page under the DnD section.
If there is anything else form Email that I missed, please add it to the wiki
page, along with what has been looked into, or who is working on it - so we do
not duplicate effort.
