UdmSearch: Bug report

UdmSearch version: 3.0.15
Platform:          P-III 800 256 RAM
OS:                Mandrake 7.0
Database:          3.22.32
Statistics:        622373


Outside content keeps getting indexed. 
I have that turned off in the indexer.conf
file. I know something was fixed, but now
I seemed to have found another way around it.

The page where it comes from is 
http://zymurgy.8m.com/borderbackground/borderbg.html
they use <base href="http://members.tripod.com/~Aylana"

I don't know if this is right or not...but it seems 
to have stemmed from there.
