I ve just solved it! Only i do the last procedure I commented. Perhaps it was that the two drivers of ueagle (kernel and 1.0d1) was coexisting in my system.
I comprove if the connection keeps alive. Past eagle's drivers havent this feature  (adding scripts), because of it i wanted to change to a uegale driver.
