When converting an image by specifying an image specific ID file on the
command-line ufraw still wants to use $HOME/.ufrawrc. However, when the
image specific ID file needs to be saved then ufraw should IMHO refrain
from writing $HOME/.ufrawrc too: right now it is impossible to make local
changes to an image without possibly affecting all future conversions.

To get around this problem I had to create a clean but read-only(!)
$HOME/.ufrawrc, taking complaints from ufraw for granted.

I would prefer to have it changed into this: ufraw* should no longer
use (read or write) $HOME/.ufrawrc when an ID file is specified on the
command-line.

Any thoughts/opinion about such a change?
