Hello,

I'm moving away more and more from solaris because I do not know how to
configure my terminal to work remotely on my sun server (I'm almost
enjoying the coming of kfreebsd in debian so that I can use zfs on debian).

But I'd like to find a solution.

Does someone knows how to do to have a gnome-terminal (under ubuntu),
which behaves nicely when you are connected through ssh to a solaris
node. So that CTRL+A CTRL+E works, that when you do write line longer
than the screen wide it doesn't mess up.

This is clearly to me a "barrier" for people to use solaris

Regards

cED
