That is true Konny has wasted alot of national resources. So let us look at
it from another angle, the war has taken 20 years with out a sign of
stopping and that means hat NRM has failed to put peace in Uganda. In fact
it means that Uganda has mate violence under NRM than at any other previous
governments, and if I am wrong you can help me here. So why don't we get
another government which can deal with Konny?
Unless he is in State House as several netters are stating?
