Your "humble opinion"is more of a nonsensical Mambo Jumbo, so to say.
When you conclude that quote "Yoweri Museveni is the best leader Uganda has
had, I automatically dismiss you as somebody devoid of critical analytical
reasoning period. Your becomes nothing short of a calculated propaganda ploy to
promote the NRM killer regime in Kampala.
