Celebrate National Security
- In Uganda today, virtually every RDC, RC V and councillors, Ministers, MPs have
guns or walk around with guns – in name of National Security. But peasants don’t.
- How many Ugandans including the police and low-level judiciary, really know, the
IDENTITIES OF THE PEOPLE who used to steal, hijack and smuggle cars, then through
air force field airport Entebbe among all places, transport them to Congo and Rwanda?
- Any single person you know of ever been brought to book for those crimes, not
even to the most celebrated court martial at Makindye or dismissed from the army!!!
- For so long, high value metals and currency, from this country, even before
liberalisation of currency markets (forex bureaux) was smuggled and sold in Kenya –
how many Ugandans know who the culprits are? National security.
- NRM/ NRA and its enterprising agencies stole millions if not billions of
shillings in taxes there has never ever been any legal redress on that issue - NRM/NRA
was liberating peasants to grantee them national security.
- Why doesn’t the Internal Security Organisation, External Security Organisation
and Uganda police could not apprehend these people or this were a legal business
- Claimants and possessors of nation security stole millions of shilling from banks
contrary to Uganda financial regulations.
- Notice Dr. Sulaiman Kiguddu and Professor Senyonga (misappropriated 20 millions
shilling) typical of NRM style propaganda were imprisoned and the state house forgave
one of them (Professor Senyonga) indeed by shortening his prison sentence.

- Certainly a number of Ugandans have been shoot – and their names are not
anywhere in NRM /NRA books, so what happened to those who recruited them- NATIONAL
SECURITY FOR WHO?
- There is an international law against money laundering – ask how could Ugandans
steal billions of shilling defence money and DISAPPEAR in the blue yet we hear Ntogwa
was charged with murder?!!
- Then there emerged the Special Revenue Police Service (SRPS/ Tax police), which
actually is a military force, NOT a police force - The military police might be dead
as well.
- Citizens for an agency directly in response to tax evaders and smugglers though the
problem was known and went on for some time almost all around the country boarders not
a single NRM /NRA personnel involved has ever been brought to book or apprehended –
NATIONAL SECURITY FOR WHO? NRM /NRA.
- People who buy miles and miles of land- and guess who these are.
- In the name of NATIONAL SECURITY have forced people of their land, who have
lived here for decades without compensation or legal redress
- Uganda police force paid and provided for by tax payers money and many
circumstance is used by NRM/NRA agents to imprison people who refuse to vacate land.
- If you were to look at unsolved murder statistics – NMR/NRA members top the list
for obvious reasons.
- Murdered people and not a single one name in both pubic media have ever been
brough to book what happens with common people in the same legal wrangle? National
Security for whom?
- There is a long list of NRM/NRA people who for years were doing business without
paying taxes and they are actually known by NRM government that gave them contracts –
where was Special Revenue Police Service.
- This country makes weapons, how many Ugandan know how much this country earns from
such sales – national security indeed.
- High value Business wrangles in this country that have lead to murder and
involved NRM/NRA personnel in ransom like crimes nothing is mentioned about it – let
us celebrate national security.
- If the military police, military court martial can’t bring these people to law
then who can? Celebrate national security.
The list is endless in celebration of national security.
