Washington - Three young American documentary filmmakers hope that on the night of April 29, thousands of Americans will take part in a “global night commute,” lying down in the streets of their hometowns to publicize the plight of the thousands of children in Northern Uganda who nightly flee their homes for town to avoid being abducted by soldiers of the notorious rebel Lord's Resistance Army

The irony  is that the US Government and a great many members of the United States Congress and Senate are very much aware of the Situation in Northern and Eastern Uganda under Yoweri Museveni's Uganda for the past Twenty years.

The Prominent  silence by the US Government/Congress/ Senate regarding  the  Humanitrarian Crises in Northern and Eastern Uganda which has been unfolding for the past twenty years, pretty much borders on a grand conspiracy to look the other way while evil prevails!

Good luck thought for the young American who through their campaign are trying to "raise conscience" regardin g the Northern /Eastern Uganda Crises among American Leader.
