Nume: You are not convincing in your arguments. In fact you are not even advancing any arguments at all. The man has explained the time it started, who was involved in starting it and followed with when it ended. Your claim that it was started by Obote does not convince any one. usually such things are implemented by some zealous minister not the head of state.
