Situation sécuritaire :
Un Pasteur Rwandophone a été découpé à la machette dans le Quartier Keshero ,
la nuit du Lundi 10 Décembre 2007 . Au moment que citoyen criait au secours une
voisine a voulu alerter les voisins par le système des tambours, mais les
assaillants ont forcé sa porte et lont aussi découpé à la machette. Lhomme
est décédé à la suite de ses blessures et la femme se trouve internée à
lhôpital DOCS à Goma où elle reçoit les soins.
On se pose la question de savoir si ces machettes qui ont découpé ces deux
congolais Rwandophones sont les mêmes que celles que les militaires FARDC
avaient à Mushaki.

Security situation:
A Rwandophone Pastor was cut out with machetes in the Quarter of Keshero,
this Monday night 10th December 2007. The man was crying seeking for help
when a neighbourg woman begun taping a drum to alert others then the soldiers
forced his door and also cut out her with the machete. The man died following
his wounds and the woman is in DOCS hospital in Goma where it receives the
care. We dont know if these machetes which cut out these two Congolese
Rwandophones are the same as those which FARDCsoldiers had in Mushaki and we
could see on the TV5 television?.

3. A Mugunga un autre tutsi a été tué alors quil se rendait à Goma.
4. Ce lundi à 14h30 Monsieur RUMASHANA un tutsi qui voulait rendre
visite à sa famille a été appréhendé et conduit vers la potence. Il y a eu la
vie sauve grâce aux 30 USD payé par un autre habitant qui le connaissait.
5. La population du Quartier NDOSHO a détruit la maison de la veuve de
Monsieur Pascal KEBA accusé de complicité avec les tutsi.
Tout ceci est la conséquence du manque de discours de réconciliation dans le
chef des autorités officielles de la province du Nord Kivu.

Dangerous situation: The genocide is ongoing
The populations from Masisi and Rutshuru followed the call of Julien PALUKU
and General BABACAR GAYE asking them to leave the zones under control of CNDP
and to seek refuge in the territories under control of the governmental army.
The genocidaire were waiting them to exterminate them:
1. In Sake this Monday 10th December, 2007 seven tutsi coming from MASISI ,
were killed while they went with others in the camps of intern displaced
coming. Two of them have been identified, one is called Gaspard and the other
one BUJUKIRA. They were lapidated by the population and achieved by FARDC
soldiers.
2. In Ndosho, the Chief of the Quarter affirms he has seen three naked
died men. The population says that they were killed because tutsi are enemies.
They were not identified but according to certain sources they are from Masis.
3. In Mugunga another tutsi was killed whereas he wanted to reach Goma.
4. This Monday within 14:30 Mr RUMASHANA a tutsi which went to visit his
family member was apprehended and led to be killed. He got safe life because
of 30$ a man who knew Mr RUMASHANA gave to the soldiers.
5. The population of Quarter NDOSHO destroyed the house of the widow of Mr
marked Pascal KEBA of complicity with the tutsi.
All this is the consequence of the lack of speech of reconciliation from the
official authorities of the province of Kivu North.

· Me Arnold CIZUNGU a été agressé en date du 4 décembre par les
hommes en uniforme, il a passé trois jours à lhôpital DOCS.
· Le Colonel John CIBANGU a volé plus de 35 vaches quil a convoyées
à Rubaya sur la colline Muremure. Par ailleurs les militaires FARDC vendent
dans le camp de Katindo 5kg de viande à 2000Frc. Nous ne savons pas encore le
nombre total des têtes pillées par larmée gouvernementale car les vaches et
bergers sont éparpillés.
· On a vu sur TV5 des images de la prise de Mushake des militaires
FARDC avec des machettes, rappelant tristement les génocidaires rwandais.
· Ce vers ces militaires qui pillent leurs vaches et biens, et qui
sont prêt à les découper aux machettes que le Gouverneur Julien PALUKU et le
général BABACAR GAYE demande que les tutsi se refugient.
· Un volcanologue a été tué dans la ville de Goma et une femme et sa
fille violées par les hommes en uniformes.

Hello Sir, The security situation in the North-Kivu province of remains
tense. The over militarization of this province has some consequences:
In Rutshuru in the Quarter of Bunyangula a man and his wife were decapitated

house. The population speak about a complicity between FARDC soldiers and the
FDLR which are become again very active in this city of Ruthuru and its
surroundings?
One the night of Saturday December 8th-9th the KIRUHU Quarter was
systematically looted , the inhabitants took refuge in Kiwanja center. The
inhabitants accuse FARDC of exactions against them.
In Ngwenda, the population marched to show desplaisure against the
exactions that FARDC and FDLR are commuting against them. They indexed the
governmental soldiers to be at the base of their misery. Governor PALUKU
promise to send a Joint FARDC and Police Commission .
Lawyer Arnold CIZUNGU was attacked on 4th December by the men with
uniform, he spent three days to the DOCS hospital.
Colonel John CIBANGU pillaged more than 35 cows which it convoyed in Rubaya
on the Muremure mountain. In addition FARDC soldiers are selling in the
Katindo military camp 5kg of meat for 2000Frc. We dont know the exact
number of the heads cows plundered by the governmental army because the cows
and shepherds are scattered?
We saw on TV5 images of FARDC soldiers holding machetes when they caught
Mushake, It recall the Rwandan genocide ?
Is It towards these soldiers who plunder their cows and goods, and who are
ready to cut out them with the machetes that Governor Julien PALUKU and
General BABACAR GAYE ask the tutsi to seek refuge?
A volcanologist was killed in the town of Goma and a woman and his daughter
violated by the men wearing military uniforms.

responsibilities for the coming massacres on the population in the zones under
control of the CNDP. Is this the reason of the abandonment of the Kilorirwe
camp by the MONUC which had the charge of the security of this camp ? Today
Sunday the situation is until there calm, no belligerency is not announced.

Cest avec grande désolation que les militaires du CNDP ont repris à
7h30 la localité de Mushaki au paravent conquise par la coalition
FARDC/Interahamwe/PARECO. Les militaires dits gouvernementaux ont emporté
les toitures, les fenêtres et les portes des maisons de la population de
Mushaki. En présence de leur député provincial, lélu PILIPILI, la
population de SAKE a été dépêchée spécialement pour piller les maisons des
tutsi. Rappelons que cette population de Mushaki fait partie de ces
refugiés congolais revenus du Rwanda et installé à Mushaki parce que
ne pouvant pas rentrer dans leurs zones respectives occupées par les
génocidaires Rwandais FDLR/Interahamwe.
Les messages du Gouverneur de Province Julien PALUKU KAHONGYA nous inquiète
en demandant à la population des zones sous contrôle du CNDP de quitter
pour ne pas être confondu aux ennemis. Le gouverneur de la province du
Nord-Kivu a pris la communauté internationale à témoins de ne pas crier au
génocide car ce qui va advenir à cette population qui ne veut pas se
désolidariser du CNDP est grave.
Le général commandant chef des forces de la MONUC, le général BABACAR GAYE
a relayé le même message en rejetant les responsabilités des massacres à
grande échelle qui se préparent sur la population des zones sous contrôle
du CNDP sur cette population.
Est-ce la raison de labandon de la sécurité du camp de Kilorirwe par le
contingent de la MONUC qui étaient chargés de la sécurité de ces déplacés?
Aujourdhui dimanche la situation est jusque là calme, aucune belligérance
nest signalée.
