It is the global economic 21st Century. When the going gets tough, we got
to fight back. Besides come back to Uganda to what? What has Uganda got to
offer to those returning?
*There is neither economic policy, nor healthy policy, and no education
policies fit for the 21st Century technology and global economy.*

This is what makes it so pitiful. We are suffering* BRAIN DRAINAGE as a
nation,* becuase of lack of the above. Worse still the same people who have
betrayed Uganda as a nation, now a *MONARCHY are seeking governance till
kingdom come/forever*. Uganda has no proper constitution. It was overthrown
to have a Tutsi Rwandese President not a Ugandan born as the original
constitution spelled out become its President. Since then the President
originally helped by Britain, Israel and USA and the donated guns to
installation, has managed to change the same constitution at the same rate
he changes his underwear. It is safe to say, we have a lawless country.

When it comes to how much many of us invested to acquiring the international
skills we posess to obtain overseas jobs, racism appears so little compared
to the *abuse* in our own MOTHERLAND, UGANDA. No Jobs at all because of
lack of economic policies and tribalism. Look around. If you are not a Tutsi
from Museveni's connections, you get nothing. If you do, it won't last. Need
I go on?

*Have a great weekend rejoicing over the gift of life, after losing so many
of our people to needless violence! There is HOPE!!

Racism against Blacks on the rise in Britain
<http://www.ugandarecord.co.ug/index.php?issue=54&article=687&seo=Racism%20against%20Blacks%20on%20the%20rise%20in%20Britain>

A taxi bears an anti-racism poster in the south east of London, Jan. 9,
2010. The world economic crisis has not only stirred up racism in the United
States, but in Europe too.

You predicted correctly [about the rise of the right-wing anti-Obama Tea
Party Movement in the United States]

In an economic down turn where Europe has unified itself economically; the
good example is the outpouring of Polish and other former Soviet EU members
into the original EU states, such as the UK. You will be lucky to get a job
anywhere in London if you are black.

Grants that used to help BME organisations have disappeared. Small BME
businesses that have once been successful, e.g in community training, get
raided by police under guises of fraud or terror laws.

Most odd jobs such as painting or garden clearing are now the monopoly of
Polish
benefit scavengers who work whilst claiming benefit: they work hard, their
work is
shoddy, but they will try anything including plumbing and construction.
Because
they are white, they are hard to detect as dodgy.

Last Monday 8th Feb 2010, the Home Office announced how they will cut the
quarters of migrant students coming in UK, a sub-heading on BBC2 news. No
one will notice as this takes effect with most applications from Africa
being turned down.

With exception of course of Libya where their students who would not qualify
for entry into PhD courses are accepted by UK universities without question,
with a policy "Just take their millions" they will of course be PhD holders
working in Libya not UK.

The backlash against blacks is so severe even the formerly untouchables, e.g
the Black Police Association, are in trouble and being turned upside down by
the system. There is economic ethnic cleansing; with the help of Google
where pictures of people's addresses are used to determine how well off they
are, before denying them benefit or credit. Watch this space.

When the boot of government is on your neck,it doesn't matter if it's left
or right. Today is Buganda, tomorrow is some one else.
