The challenge with the 21st global technology world is the nation must rise up. I do not know who is advising the President, but all of us are either together or divided and we all fall. Kagame seems to see that but not our President.
You are in USA where racism is the order of the day. Despite our qualifications, many of us are either underpaid or jobless especially in this world recession. Whoever has a job, no matter how little they earn, it is better than the nothing in Uganda. By the way your President said some years ago that you should stay where you are work for the minimum wage and send money at home in Uganda. I hope you are obliging, Mr. Matek. Are you?
