You are painting a picture that Ugandans are rational people. They are not.
When you go to Luwero jungle as Ssabassajja did, it has an after effect on
the population. Schools were closed, many of these people in Uganda were
thrown out of their families and many ended up as Kadogo. The Luwero war
tore apart the family unit. Why do you think that most of the people in
Uganda today considered adults, are not sure if they have their true
fathers? You see the adults of Uganda today are under 30 years. The mother
simply has no idea in the whole bunch of men that bonked her who exactly
knocked her out. So they hand the child to the man with the most means. And
this is exactly what the AMO government defended, a right for every child to
go to school, a right to have an education, a right to have a family, a
right to have a parent. Ssabassajja Mutebi and Museveni decided to screw all
that and throw the country into anarchy.

And what you see today in Uganda is a direct result of destroying those
principles. There is no Ugandan in Kampala that has a brain of being
indifference, they are violent and punks by far and large. Let me add this
too, it is very wrong if anyone trying to lead Uganda after Museveni, makes
his/her plans based on using this population with a hope that with good
leadership this population can respect law and order. If that was the
illusion, Ssabassajja would not buy a house in London he would have built a
palace of the Kingdom in Uganda than living in a crappy Banda.

They’re preparing the future of their lives with their families out of
Uganda and out of this population. Wake up sir and cut the nonsense.

Unacceptable as this may seem, this is the only way these people know how to
settle their differences.

There is a general indifference to the rule of law in Uganda. Ordinary
people, by and large, do not have the confidence that matters can be
resolved fairly by law. In other words they believe and know the law in
Uganda to take sides and too often the enforcers are on the side of the
aggressors / offenders.

By the way have you also noticed that we too continuously engage in verbal
mob violence
