Point of order. The movement never came to build Uganda, it came to build
its self and by all standards it has done so successfully. If you are a
Movementists there is always a job for you YKM. He never said if you are a
Ugandan but a Movementists. When you go back where we are coming from, it is
actually Dr Kiiza Besigye who wrote a policy that all Ugandans must belong
into one party which is a Movement. And he is eating today for he is a
Movementists. It simply gets on my back side when those that refuse to be
Movementists hold expectations from the organization. Did you fight? No.
Were you in Luwero? No. And let us be candid for a second here, The Movement
is a fair organization, to a point that even Ssabassajja who is a King of
Buganda, but as a Movementists that fought in Luwero is taken care of. Even
though Dr Kiiza Besigye pretends to oppose the government, but for he is a
Movementists and one of those that killed the people in Luwero, Winnie
Byanyima gets a job in The UN under a support of the president. I stand to
challenge any Movementists that has ever been left out in eating and I need
only one. NRM Has no mandate to build Ugandans but its self. And think about
it, where did you make the arrangement with eh Movement to build you as a
country? Were you in Luwero? So let me get this straight, when the
Ssabassajja and Besigye were blowing up ambulances and banks and bridges and
Police Stations and buses was that a sign of a people coming to wake you
from your sleep to build your country? No man that crappy thinking works
with AMO only man, try that.
So the question is very irrelevant and Henry Kajura does not have to respond
to it.

Thanks for the reception offerred to Henry Kajura. It is a pleasure to
share views with him on this interesting forum. Before he sits down I would
to know his stand on the recent statement by Gen.Sejusa since he has been
around in NRM for a while. Has NRM failed Ugandans or what?

the 2nd Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Services, Chairman NRM
Hoima District.
