We passed that stage in 1984, so all we have been doing since 1985 is to build
for this civil war and we have done so God damn well into it. Now here is a
very interesting piece, the people that are aware of the civil war and how it
is going to engulf Uganda are Westerners and they are arming themselves to a
house to house level. It is those very same Westerners, as Kashambuzi preaching
how all is well for in Uganda there can never be a civil war. The AK 47 in
meantime is in the bred room. Some numbers state that there are more weapons in
Western Uganda homes than the government holds. And that school of thought
makes sense, you see Museveni is the only leader that has screwed Uganda but
refused to avail Westerners an exit strategy. They cannot go to Kenya for he
has screwed Eastern Uganda, they cannot go to Sudan for he has screwed up The
North, they cannot flee to DRC for he has screwed up Eastern DRC, they cannot
go to Rwanda for Kigali is closing up Katuna as soon as the whistle goes in
Kampala. But before Katuna closes, let us remember that The Ocen Nekyons
screwed up Tanzania so bad that Ugandans cannot immigrate to TZ Amass and I
think you see how Hutus get deported very fast. I am submitting to you that
Mutukula will be shut off way before Katuna

Now do you think I am some thinker that knows all this and Museveni does not
know it? Yes he knows it and he understands it, thus a strategy of no one is
going to run out of Uganda. Are you a Westerner? Have an AK47 and the rest is
up to how you use it. Apart from the elites that will have the ability to fly
out, the rest of the population is going to remain and take a stand.

George,

I am afraid the Uganda situation will one day end in tears. Can you remember
the regimes of Marcos in Philippines, Mubuto in Congo, Gaddaffi in Libya,
Saddam Hussein in Iraq, Mubarak in Egypt etc. They made the institution of
government their person property. All their regimes ended badly with
substantial loss of lives. I am sure Uganda will not be an exception if a way
out is not found soon. We will be heading for a big problem.

One family controls Uganda

When one household as in Uganda controls ministries of finance, foreign
affairs, defense, internal affairs and state house that household which is
Museveni’s controls Uganda.
