EM:

It mean ...read my lips "NOTHING" . The so called " UNsecurity Council" pissing
in the wind.

EM, you a rational / Critical thinking being right? That fact having been
noted, tell as a "crtical thinking"

Can you fight a force you cannot possible see, and who are probably mingling
with the Civilian Population?

Only afool can go into battle with such force .

Indeed, I submit to you that the so called MUNUSCO force in DRC Congo, is
probably lobbing missiles into the thick jungles of Virunga national park...hit
nothing but uproots trees...mbhu that is now "fighting" such then is the
tomfoolary of the whole situation.

Indeed, let us see if the "negative forces" in eastern DRC will disarm as a
result of UN Security Council threat or is it ultimatuim.

UNITED NATIONS, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- The UN Security Council on Wednesday
reiterated that there should be "no further delay" in the voluntary disarmament
process of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) armed
group in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

The 15-member body said in a presidential statement that there should be
no delay beyond the Jan. 2, 2015 deadline set by the region for the disarmament
process, and urged military action against FDLR fighters who refused or failed
to engage in the process.

"The Security Council calls on MONUSCO (the UN Organization Stabilization
Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo) and the DRC government to
immediately update operational plans for military action that should begin no
later than January against the FDLR," the statement said.

The FDLR rebels, primarily Rwandan Hutu militias who fled to Congo after
carrying out the Rwanda's 1994 genocide, announced in May that they would
disarm. The Congolese government set the June 9 deadline for the group to lay
down weapons, but saw little progress with only a few hundred fighters
complying. African countries agreed in early July to extend for another six
months the deadline for the FDLR to disarm.

Noting that the "swift neutralization" of the FDLR armed group is a top
priority in bringing stability to the country and the Great Lakes region, the
council said it was ready to mull sanctions against any individual or entity
found to be supporting the FDLR or any other armed group in the DRC.

The United Nations has a 22,000-strong peacekeeping force in the DRC. In
2013, the council authorized the deployment of an intervention brigade within
MONUSCO to carry out targeted offensive operations, with or without the
Congolese national army, against armed groups that threaten peace in eastern
DRC.

This is a quote:
"Even if Joseph Kony was killed, that would not necessarily be the end of the
war in northern Uganda because Kony is no more than a ‘ spiritual’ leader of
the LRA. This quick fix, arm-chair solution seemed to be from the Kampala-based
‘opinion leaders’ who only know the war through newspapers".

" Until the legitimate grievances and the marginalization of northern Uganda’s
communities are addressed, LRA fighters remain a possible vehicle for the
expression of northerners’ frustrations".

"Kony may never sign a peace agreement. Whether or not he signs, however, is
less relevant to avoiding new conflict in northern Uganda than ending
marginalization policies and fulfilling promises by the Ugandan government."
