Again for the umpteenth time, the problem is not luck of trained doctors but
the system they work into is the problem. Uganda has so many air craft
engineers that were trained in Ukraine, I live with one right here in the city,
should we train new engineers or build an airline?

She is a very sick woman, who clearly doesn't know what she is talking about. A
health system on its knees, and someone tells us that it is one of the best in
Africa! But, she maybe right, comparing all dead health care systems in Africa.
She probably meant to say that Uganda health system is the best of the bad!! Oh
boy!!
I am watching the "Cure" on Al Jazeera and looking at a medical centre where
kerosene lanterns are being used. It is unimaginable that a country with big
oil resources can still have such health facilities, without electricity.
