Your ISP could probably sponsor you for some PI space (a /24), but if you
want space that you can control, you are probably better off (going
forwards) registering with RIPE and getting a /21 or a /22 from them that
you can then advertise as needed

So I'm assuming you've already got an ASN etc? Even if you do, a /26 is
likely not of much use to you...

If you don't have an ASN, how do you propose to route etc? Being nice to
your current upstream is probably the only option at this point...

I know, I’m not making it easy!

Maybe your ISP can apply on your behalf?

I’m not part of RIPE at the moment and the expense required to go through
all of that is astronomical.

Well, from the little information I’ve been able to find anyway.

RIPE still has IP ranges to allocate, why not just apply for one from them?

Hello everyone.

I’m looking to get a hold of a block of IP’s for lease.

I run a business providing virtualised services and I’m rapidly approaching
the limit I can have from our DC so I’m looking to lease unused blocks from
anyone with UK localisation.

So, does anyone have or does anyone know of anyone leasing out /26 – /22
blocks?

Thanks in advance.

Martin
