BT Wholesale can do optical services - competitive, quick and reliable. I am pretty sure that to BT locations C&W when I left had few DWDM nodes - intact I don't think their where any - might have changed. C&W did offer optical services back in my day also!

C&W seem to have presence in a bunch of exchanges we're unbundling, so it makes sense for us to get our backhauls from carriers that have fibre in the building. So after weeks of pushing for pricing etc. our account manager is now saying they don't offer wavelengths!! I find it hard to believe that a telco like Voda/C&W don't do proper optical services. We can always resort to their Ethernet products, but I suffer from latency snobbery, and Nick suffers from 'putting my Qs in your Qs' and MTU snobbery. Has anyone else successfully bought Wavelengths from C&W?
