Hi All,

This ties in with some odd behaviour i've seen today - we also peer with
16509 over IXManchester.   A ping to 195.66.244.42 from our peering router
shows around 7% packet loss but that could well be control plane policers
kicking in at their side.  We'll raise a case with their NOC and if others
do the same it may convince them the issue is real.
