Felix REID from County Tyrone and Margaret HUNTER from County Antrim were married likely in Belfast and immigrated about 1851-1854 to New York. Their first child James was born in Batavia, N.Y. in 1854. From there they travelled to Georgetown Ontario Canada where they had a second child Catherine in 1856. Accompanying them were Margaret's sister Catherine and her husband Alexander SHARP(E). Their first child Catherine was born in 1855 in LeRoy, N.Y. They also moved to Georgetown and stayed in the area for about 35 years, moving then to Toronto and later to Michigan. Edward and John HUNTER and their father Daniel may also have accompanied them about that time period, but eventually settled in New Castle, Pa. Happy to make connections!
