Does anyone have any recommendations for a cheap gigabit PCI NIC that works well in Linux, and at least acceptably in Windows? I have a gigabit switch coming in today, and I'd like to get our computers on something faster than 10/100 (I, unfortunately, need to push DVD images from one computer to the other for conversion purposes).
